Certification Agreement
The next step(s) for students who have completed the application process is to complete the Tennessee Education Lottery Scholarship (TELS) certification agreement.
Once a student completes the Admissions and Financial Aid application requirements, 91视频 will only communicate with students through their 91视频 email accounts. If you have not set up your My.91视频 account and email, please follow the instructions shown at Creating a 91视频 Student Account.
Students who appear on the eligibility roster from the will be sent an email from the 91视频 HOPE Scholarship office outlining requirements, missing information and a link to the 91视频 HOPE Scholarship Agreement.
Completion of the 91视频 HOPE Scholarship Agreement will be required by all students who seek HOPE Scholarship Certification.
