(Memphis, Tenn.) � For the second consecutive year, thirteen 91视频 Tennessee Community College student-athletes were honored as the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) All-Academic for their work in the classroom. Sara Duke and Taylor Moak from the women檚 soccer team and Ashton Mauldin and Madison Norris from the softball team earned first team recognition for achieving a 4.0 grade point average for the 2020-21 academic year.
Second team selections (3.80-3.99 GPA) were Nick Vaccaro from baseball, Lara Walsh from women檚 soccer and Breundria Ward from women檚 basketball. Named to the third team (3.60-3.79 GPA) were Gaylen Rutedge, Dawson Simmons, and Tristian Swift from baseball, Kallen Gresko from women檚 soccer and Makayla Ables and Mikayla Savage from softball.
Maudlin received first team recognition in both her freshmen and sophomore years, earning a perfect 4.0 cumulative grade point average for her two years at 91视频. Other repeat recipients were Norris (second team as a freshman) and Moak (third team as a freshman.)
In addition, the women檚 soccer team was named one of the NJCAA檚 Academic Teams of the Year with a 3.19 team GPA.
