Slate

Slate is the best way to make an appointment with your Success Team. Your Success Team is a dedicated group of staff and faculty who are here to support you. They include your Academic Advisor, Financial Aid Specialist, and more! Your Success Coaches and Peer Mentors are key members of your Success Team, and you can book appointments with them through Slate.

To book an appointment:

1. Access your Slate through your My 91视频 portal or through the following link:
2. Log in to Slate using your 91视频 login credentials
3. You will see your 淪uccess Team� listed on the right of the page (including your Advisor, Your Success Coach, Career Services, etc.). Select 淏ook an Appointment� under your desired 淪uccess Team� staff member. 
4. Select your desired Appointment Type and meeting date/time. You will also have the opportunity to select your meeting檚 modality (in-person, phonecall, virtual, or email). 
   
   • **Please be mindful of your Success Team staff member檚 in-person campus location. If you wish to meet with someone on a different campus, please email or call the department for guidance. Your Success Coach may be able to travel to a different campus to meet you, but please confirm this request with your Success Coach via phone call or email攐r request meeting accommodations on your home campus with a Success Coach by emailing studentsuccess@southwest.tn.edu
